Europe - Military medal - Collection of 7 original...

I propose a private collection of 7 prestigious historical decorations and honours, Italian and foreign, presumably dating from the first half of the twentieth century. The collection comes from a family heirloom traditionally attributed to Camillo Rodolfi, named by the family as Benito Mussolini's master of arms. Such provenance is still undergoing documentary verification. The lot includes Italian and foreign honours, including decorations from the Netherlands, Bulgaria, and a Star of Colonial Merit, as well as other historic insignia. There are period cases, ribbons, enamels, and original details to be verified. Condition as shown in the photographs, with normal signs of aging and wear on the cases. Objects of historical, collecting, and numismatic interest. Additional detailed photographs of each individual decoration are available, front, back, and case.

Estimate:£1,675.18
