Ever Swiss Supertrack – Vintage Swiss Mechanical Watch – Gold Plated – Textured Linen Dial – 1950–1959 A charming vintage Ever Swiss Supertrack mechanical watch from the 1950s, distinguished by its unusual textured gold-tone dial and elegant classical proportions. The dial is the defining feature of this piece, displaying an intricate cross-hatched linen-style texture that changes character depending on the light. Applied baton hour markers, slender gold-tone hands and the small red detail at 12 o’clock complete its distinctive mid-century appearance. Powered by a Swiss mechanical manual-winding movement with 17 jewels, this watch reflects the straightforward and reliable construction characteristic of Swiss watches from the period. Story & Heritage Ever Swiss belongs to the fascinating landscape of smaller Swiss watch brands that flourished during the middle decades of the 20th century. These manufacturers contributed significantly to the international reputation of Swiss watchmaking, producing accessible mechanical watches that combined traditional construction with the design language of their era. This Supertrack is particularly representative of the 1950s aesthetic, when textured dials became an important decorative element in wristwatch design. Rather than relying on complications, manufacturers created visual distinction through dial finishing, applied indexes and subtle details. The intricate linen-pattern dial is therefore more than a decorative feature: it captures a specific chapter in post-war Swiss watch design. Combined with the warm gold-plated case, slender indexes and mechanical 17-jewel movement, it gives the watch an unmistakable mid-century character. More than seventy years later, the visible patina and wear have become part of the identity of the piece, preserving the traces of its history rather than disguising them. A characterful vintage Swiss mechanical watch for collectors who appreciate original ageing, unusual textured dials and authentic 1950s design. Internal Reference Number - ITM-967
