Extraordinary Nephrite Jade Necklace - Canadian Origin...

Precious and Exclusive Jewel — Necklace made with 40 spherical spheres of natural Canadian nephrite jade, carefully selected and strung in graduated sizes. The pearls have a progressive diameter from 12.5 mm in the center to 7.5 mm toward the clasp, ensuring a balanced line and a harmonious fit. The jade comes from Canada, Cassiar Mountains area (British Columbia), one of the world's leading gem-quality nephrite deposits. The material is not treated nor artificially colored and shows the typical characteristics of natural nephrite: a compact structure, high toughness and a soft, silky luster. The pearls display various shades of green, from deep green to mid-green and olive, with slight color variations, internal veiling, and small natural inclusions. These features confirm the stone’s authenticity and make each necklace unique, far from standardized productions. The polishing is careful but not excessive, to enhance the material without altering its natural appearance. The necklace is completed by a silver clasp, discreet and functional, consistent with the jewelry's sober style. A collectible-quality piece, suitable for elegant wear as well as for a collection dedicated to natural stones, appreciable for its certifiable provenance, the choice of material, and the proper execution of the mounting.
