F1 March 761 - F1 Spanish Grand Prix - Circuito...

From the vintage of our collections, photograph inserted in our elegant 13x18 frame autographed for us, as you can see from the photogallery by Arturo Merzario, in action at the wheel of the March 761 Ovoro in the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix 1976 held on the Circuito Permanente del Jarama. Arturo was the man behind the driver himself who saved Niki Lauda from the flames in that terrible accident at the Nordschleife. Born March 11, 1943 in Civenna, in the province of Como, Arturo Merzario is remembered by all not only for winning two editions of the Targa Florio, but above all for the heroic gesture at the 1976 German Grand Prix, when, together with his colleagues Guy Edwards and Harald Ertl, he pulled Niki Lauda from the burning car, saving his life. This is an exclusive lot, inserted as said in a frame where a caption pertaining to the photo and subject is reported. Not to be missed. Immediate shipping, careful packaging.
