Save Shipping Costs with Our Popular Combined Shipping Service Save shipping costs with our popular combined shipping service, which is available for almost all items we offer. If you win multiple items from us within the same themed auction, please wait until Catawiki combines your won lots into one combined order with only one set of shipping costs whenever possible. If payment is completed too early, this unfortunately no longer works, because Catawiki automatically creates separate orders. In such cases, we carry out one shipment per order and unfortunately cannot refund double-paid shipping costs afterwards. We therefore highly recommend waiting until all desired auctions from the same themed auction have ended before completing payment. ──────────────────── Franklin Mint “Treasury of Eggs” – Heavy Crystal Egg on a 24-Karat Gold-Plated House of Fabergé Stand An elegant decorative arrangement combining a beautifully cut crystal egg from Franklin Mint’s “Treasury of Eggs” series with an ornate, 24-karat gold-plated House of Fabergé stand. The substantial crystal egg features alternating bands of elongated facets, fan-like motifs and geometric diamond patterns. These varied surfaces catch and reflect the light, revealing different details as the piece is viewed from different angles. The warm golden finish of the stand complements the clear crystal beautifully. Its scalloped decoration, textured surfaces and curved feet provide an elaborate setting that gives the arrangement a luxurious appearance. An eye-catching display piece for a cabinet, mantelpiece or sideboard, where the crystal’s decorative cutting can be appreciated in changing light. ──────────────────── Materials & Markings Crystal egg from Franklin Mint’s “Treasury of Eggs” series. The egg retains a “Made in Germany” label on its underside. House of Fabergé stand with 24-karat gold plating. The underside bears the House of Fabergé marking and an individual identification number, as shown in the photographs. ──────────────────── Composition & Condition This arrangement has been assembled by us from two separate pieces. The stand originally accompanied a different House of Fabergé egg and has now been paired with this Franklin Mint crystal egg. The two components were not originally issued together as a set. They are offered here as an individually arranged decorative ensemble. The lot includes the crystal egg and the stand shown in the photographs. Please examine all images carefully for the condition of the crystal, its edges and the gilded surfaces. ──────────────────── Shipping & Additional Information Combined shipping available for most items within the same themed auction. Secure DHL premium shipping with tracking. Professionally packed for safe worldwide delivery. The photographs form an essential part of the description. Please inspect all images carefully before bidding. Any catalogue photographs shown are for documentation and illustration purposes only and are not included in the lot. Differential taxation according to §25a German VAT Act (UStG) may apply. Registered with the German LUCID Packaging Register.
