Fabian Kimmel - Mediterranean Trace XL - Series of 2, Balearic Islands

The 2 works - - Sand and Stone - Green Veins from the series - Mediterranean Trace - show aerial photographs along the path to Cap Formentor near Cala Figuera on Mallorca. In the image, sandy areas, rocky structures, and Mediterranean vegetation take center stage, which from a bird's-eye view become calm, graphic compositions. The few visible fragments of roads appear like fine traces in the landscape and emphasize the quiet, natural order of this coastal stretch. Fabian Kimmel is a Berlin-based photographer and Creative Director of KimmelDesigns. His works have already been exhibited at various shows in Berlin (Hotel Adlon), as well as in Shanghai (Art Shanghai) and Dubai (Art Dubai).
