This example features the signatures of Cashier Azariah S. Tripp (1826 - 1888) and President Walter C. Durfee while a total of 70 notes are recorded by the National Bank Note Census. Included alongside this note is a penned letter postmark "DEC 28, 1887" from Tripp to his eldest daughter Phila Emma Tripp Coolidge (1856 - 1921) lamenting his physical and emotional state in the months that preceded his death in February 1888.
