FANTASTIC ROMAN GLASS DOUBLE UNGUENTARIUM WITH GLASS THREAD DECORATION

Ca. AD 400. A green glass double unguentarium with two adjoining tubular compartments, the body encircled by applied dark green glass threads arranged in close horizontal bands. Two arched handles in contrasting blue-green and dark red glass spring from the shoulders to the rim.
