Description of the work: "Black Leaf Barn Owl XL by Federico Alibrio" This wall sculpture by Federico Alibrio is part of the Leaf Barn Owl series, in which the anatomy of the barn owl blends with the smooth, natural lines of a leaf. The distinguishing feature of this piece is the intense black matte/satin finish, which gives the subject an aura of great charm and mystery. The finely modeled surfaces and the delicate feather texture catch the light with soft plays of shadow, highlighting the animal’s essential and elegant profile. Designed as a wall relief, the work represents a perfect union between figurative art and contemporary design, ideal for enriching modern and refined interiors. An artwork with a strong magnetic impact, perfect for enriching discerning collections and for imparting a touch of deep elegance and mystery to any environment. The piece, a unique and original ceramic, was molded in clay and fired, subsequently ceramics-fired with glazes. The work will be shipped with careful packaging and the related certificate of authenticity. The Italian artist Federico Alibrio, born in 1995, is always seeking inspiration to grow through new experiences. Graduated in Sculpture in 2021 from the Academy of Fine Arts of Catania, he works in sculpture and painting. He has participated and continues to participate in high-profile cultural exhibitions and symposia, demonstrating commitment and seriousness in approaching sculptural practice. Reality itself is the greatest source of inspiration. His passions are: wildlife (sensitive to endangered species) and trees. His aim is to showcase the beauty of nature.
