Feline Mask Design

Add a touch of mystery and Oriental charm to your collection! This extraordinary mask by Design Felino, Model “The Harlequin Fox,” decorative glazed ceramic is a vintage piece unique of its kind. Crafted with sophisticated artisanal mastery, it blends stylized lines evoking the figure of the fox (inspired by famous Asian folkloric traditions such as Kitsune) with geometric and color details that have an immediate visual impact. The warm tones of terracotta and amber harmonize with the glossy black features and expressive gaze, while the silk/fabric ribbons applied add dynamism and liveliness. It is the perfect decorative accessory for anyone looking to transform an anonymous wall into a focal point of great personality, elegance, and conversation. The back of the mask preserves the original adhesive label with the factory brand Yung Kee - Made in Taiwan. During the second half of the 20th century (particularly the 70s and 80s), Yung Kee's manufacturing stood out for artisanal production of decorative ceramics and wall masks destined for export to international collecting markets. Although this is traditional, non-elite designer production tied to a single multi-award-winning designer, these pieces are today highly sought after by vintage and theatrical/ethnic object enthusiasts for their excellent build quality and impeccable condition. Don’t miss the opportunity to acquire a piece of vintage decorative history preserved in its original state; examine the photos closely as they are an integral part of the description. Presence of its original sticker Dimensions: 19x18x8 cm
