Frame - Alloy - Oval frame

Decorated Oval Frame in Baroque Style – Burnished Brass – Italy, Mid-20th Century Refined wall-mounted oval frame in Baroque style, crafted in burnished brass of Italian manufacture dating to the mid-twentieth century (circa 1950s/1960s). The piece is distinguished by a rich repertoire of pierced, high-relief ornamentation, featuring symmetrical floral motifs, vegetal volutes, and leafy elements. On the upper and lower pediments there is a finely finished decorative crest that enhances its classical elegance. The back reveals the original metal casting structure and bears the imprint "Made in Italy", testimony to authenticity and artisanal provenance. The frame retains its natural antique patina that adds dimensionality and historical charm to the details. The object is without glass and without a back panel, presenting itself as an ideal element for decorative restoration projects, to house period portraits, art prints, or to be transformed into a sought-after wall mirror with an eclectic or vintage taste. Condition: Good overall, in line with age and prior use. The metal retains its original luster interspersed with the typical time patina in the grooves, with no structural defects or visible breaks.
