France - Occupation of Turkey 1919-1921 (Cilicia) - Cat >...

I am proud to present a combined, high-value collection featuring three iconic 1919 Cilicia series: "Surcharge A", "Surcharge C", and "T.E.O." (Territoires Ennemis Occupés). This extraordinary assembly captures a unique historical crossroads where the Ottoman Empire, the French Military Administration, and Armenian Heritage meet. With all three sets being almost complete (only missing 2 stamps in total), this legendary set saves the collector years of tedious searching for individual rare values and elusive overprints from this volatile postal era. A rare visual and postal record documenting the French administration and the Armenian presence in post-WWI Ottoman territories. Almost complete sets for Surcharge A, Surcharge C, and T.E.O. (missing only a couple of stamps across the entire group), featuring a selection of Mint Hinged (MH) and Used (Oblitéré) specimens with clear, authentic overprints. The collection is elegantly mounted on bespoke, custom-designed pages featuring the symbolic flags of the era (French, Ottoman, and Armenian). Printed with high-definition laser technology on premium heavy-weight paper, this set is perfectly organized and ready for immediate display in any high-end collection. High Catalog Value: This high-value collection has a total combined catalog value exceeding €4,500 according to the prestigious Yvert et Tellier (YV) catalogs, representing a notable investment in French Colonies, Levant, and Ottoman philately. The high-resolution photos are the primary part of the description and condition report. The sale is based on the evaluation of these photos. AN UNMISSABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR ANY TOP-TIER OTTOMAN, FRENCH COLONIES, OR ARMENIAN INTEREST COLLECTION. Insured Shipping: Shipped via registered mail with full tracking and insurance coverage. Important Shipping Restriction: No shipping to the USA or Canada. Buyers located in the USA or Canada must provide a valid shipping address within Europe.
