France - Siervel stamps 1698a

Please view the photos, especially the photo of the double perforation at the bottom of the decorative sheet, for your own impression. This concerns a wonderfully beautiful and scarce decorative sheet 1698a with a double perforation at the bottom edge of the sheet. Normally this perforation is not visible as it is cut off here. The border pieces above are therefore shorter than below. This decorative sheet comes from the estate of a deceased member of the post stamp association and is being sold on behalf of the heirs through the estate committee. I have been asked to offer/auction this via Catawiki. Shipping will be via PostNL as registered mail with insured value, in accordance with Catawiki's shipping guidelines.

Estimate:£0.85
