Francesc Carbonell i Massabé (1928-?) - Contrallum de...

- Oil on canvas. Original canvas. Signed and hand-located. Shipping will be made in a tube, with all guarantees. - Under the brushes of Carbonell Massabé, the Catalan countryside loses any trace of aridity to become a serene idyll of idyllic tones and luminous stillness. Its ancient stone farmhouses, wrapped in the warm noonday light and embraced by soft groves, breathe a pastoral Arcadia where time seems to have stood still. There is no conflict or roughness in his landscapes, but a lyrical and slow gaze that turns rural life into a refuge of native piety, elegant bucolism, and quiet nostalgia. - Image dimensions without frame: 90 x 148 cm At Montbaron Gallery, we are pleased to offer our clients an exclusive selection of artworks, all of them unique, original and irreplaceable.
