Thanks to a strong passion for olive oil, the management today, now in its third generation, represents a leading reality in the Sicilian artisanal olive oil sector, with a pronounced inclination toward innovation and a precise production philosophy. Promoting the most vocally suitable olive-growing areas among the foothills of Etna and the Simeto valley, and privileging the finest native varieties and the national varieties best adapted to our territory, enhancing the raw materials with careful olive selection and meticulous care in the mill, during extraction, storage, and bottling phases.
