Information about the artist: From the Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU (he signs his paintings “FRED” with a knife) draws inspiration from Breton and Corsican landscapes, deeply rooted in light and the horizon. His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception. Shadows projected, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism. Through a mastered palette and strong contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation.
