Artist information: Originally from southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply rooted in light and the horizon. His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception. Projected shadows, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism. Through a controlled palette and clear contrasts, the artist creates calm, nearly meditational atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space, and contemplation. A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language. Akoun appraisal (July 2026): €1,350 for a 15P format (65 × 50 cm).
