Frédéric Cadiou - Sous les pins

Description of the work: Acrylic and burnt umber ink on a primed canvas 80x40 cm. Handmade, new, unique and original piece, fresh from the studio. Signed certificate of authenticity. Flat delivery (bubble wrap and rigid cardboard). Sold without a frame. Artist information: Originating from southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply anchored in light and the horizon. His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogue with human perception. Projected shadows, elongated lines, minimalist compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism. Through a mastered palette and pronounced contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres. The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation. A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language. The current Akoun appraisal for Frédéric Cadiou is €1,350 for a 15P format (65x50 cm). In 2026, Frédéric Cadiou is selected to represent Artmajeur at the Vivatech 2026 fair, Europe’s largest innovation fair in Paris.
