Discover practicality, durability, and style with our suede-like microfiber fabric, ideal for adding character, elegance, and personality to your home decor projects. Designed for those who want a material that is beautiful to look at, functional, and resistant to everyday use, this fabric stands out for its refined faux-leather effect, pleasant to the touch and with a modern, sophisticated appearance. Its leather-effect surface provides visual depth and makes the fabric perfect for contemporary, welcoming spaces with a strong decorative impact. The 100% polyester composition and a weight of 360 g/mq give the material a solid, durable structure, while the back with a polyester felt support ensures stability and practicality during handling. The product is easy to clean and suitable for daily life. In case of liquid spills, it is advisable to promptly blot with absorbent paper and then wipe with a soft cloth slightly damp with warm water and neutral soap. Do not use aggressive cleaners, degreasers, or stain removers directly on the fabric. Remember that water-repellent does not mean waterproof. MEASUREMENTS: 4.00 x 1.40 meters WASHING AND CLEANING: It is recommended to clean the fabric with a soft cloth slightly damp, using a solution of warm water and neutral soap if needed. After cleaning, rinse with a cloth moistened with only water and dry with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh detergents, degreasers, or stain removers. Before using any detergent, always test the product on a small hidden part of the fabric. USE: Perfect for upholstering sofas, chairs, armchairs, poufs, chests, cushions, bed headers, and other furnishings, the faux-leather microfiber fabric is the ideal solution for those seeking a durable, practical, elegant material suitable for both professional projects and DIY jobs.
