Discover practicality, durability, and style with our microfiber leather-effect fabric, ideal for adding character, elegance, and personality to your furniture projects. Designed for those who want a material that looks good, is functional, and withstands daily use, this fabric stands out for its refined faux-leather effect, pleasant to the touch, with a modern and sophisticated appearance. Its leather-effect surface adds visual depth and makes the fabric perfect for contemporary, welcoming spaces with strong decorative impact. Composed of 100% polyester and a weight of 360 g/mq give the material a solid, sturdy structure, while the back with a polyester felt support ensures stability and practicality during processing. The product is easy to clean and suitable for daily life. If liquids are spilled, blot promptly with absorbent paper and then wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth using warm water and neutral soap. Do not use aggressive detergents, degreasers, or stain removers directly on the fabric. Please note that water-repellant does not mean waterproof. MEASUREMENTS: 4.00 x 1.40 meters WASHING AND CLEANING: It is recommended to clean the fabric with a soft, slightly damp cloth, using a solution of warm water and neutral soap if necessary. After cleaning, rinse with a cloth dampened only with water and dry with a clean cloth. Avoid aggressive detergents, degreasers, or stain removers. Before using any cleaner, always test the product on a small hidden part of the fabric. USE: Perfect for upholstering sofas, chairs, armchairs, poufs, blanket chests, cushions, bed headboards, and other home decor items, microfiber leather-effect fabric is the ideal solution for those seeking a durable, practical, elegant material suitable for professional projects as well as DIY projects.
