Discover elegance, practicality, and durability with our suede-effect microfiber fabric, a versatile and refined material, ideal for enhancing upholstery, linings, and interior decoration projects. Designed for those who want a fabric that looks beautiful, feels pleasant to the touch, and performs well in daily use, it is distinguished by its elegant suede-like, velvety, and modern effect. The soft, even-textured surface gives the fabric a uniform, sophisticated, and contemporary appearance, perfect for welcoming, elegant environments with attention to detail. The composition of 100% polyester provides strength, stability, and practicality, while the back with polyester and cotton backing makes the fabric suitable for upholstery work and application on various substrates. MEASUREMENTS: 5.00 x 1.40 meters WASHING AND CARE: It is recommended to hand wash at a maximum of 30 degrees C, do not tumble dry, and do not bleach. The fabric can be ironed at low temperatures, preferably inside out and with protection. For daily cleaning, use a soft slightly damp cloth; for common dirt, act promptly without using aggressive detergents, degreasers, or stain removers directly on the fabric. USES: Perfect for upholstering sofas, armchairs, chairs, poufs, cushions, bed headers, upholstered furniture, and decorative accessories, the suede-effect microfiber fabric is the ideal solution for those seeking a soft, durable, elegant material suitable for both professional projects and DIY tasks.
