Fritz Hansen - Arne Jacobsen - Armchair - Aluminium

Swan Chair (Model 3320) by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen - Premium Leather (2002). Description: Absolute icon of mid-century Scandinavian design, originally designed in 1958 by the Danish master Arne Jacobsen for the suites of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. This piece in particular was manufactured by the prestigious Fritz Hansen and acquired in Spain in 2002. The chair is in excellent condition (practically like new), as it has belonged to a private collection and has had minimal functional use. It shows no deformities in the molded foam nor significant wear. It is upholstered in robust, high-quality leather with a warm mid-tone, oscillating between the tones of deep walnut and the natural orange/brown reflections of aged premium leather with elegance. The clean organic frame lacks straight lines, resting on an iconic four-spoke swivel base in satin-finished high-quality polished aluminum. It bears the Fritz Hansen authenticity stamp/label under the frame. An timeless collectible piece ideal for both contemporary spaces and high-end investment.
