Fruit basket - Bamboo, Rattan - Plant pots

Magnificent and rare wall-mounted plant or fruit basket in rattan and bamboo. Italy, Mid-Century era (1960s-1970s), Boho style. Chic. Spectacular and refined hanging wall decor piece, entirely handmade in Italy between the 1960s and 1970s, in full exotic-tropical and boho-chic Mid-Century design. The work stands out for extraordinary and complex artisanal craftsmanship: the wall-mounted frame consists of a solid bracket made of heat-bent bamboo, reinforced by bindings in thin reed slats. The circular basket, characterized by a base of concentric rings, is suspended via an elaborate system of chains made entirely of interwoven rings in rattan, a detail of the highest manufacturing value that gives the object a sculptural lightness and a strong visual presence. A piece of designer furniture with great charm, perfect to adorn verandas, winter gardens, or interiors with refined design, highly appreciated by international collectors of mid-century modern and natural-fiber interior design. Generally good vintage conservation condition. The structure is solid, stable, and preserves the splendid original patina of the time. Minimal and natural signs of use consistent with the era, attesting to its authenticity. Please carefully view the photographic gallery, which is an integral part of the description. Careful packaging and tracked shipping.
