Oil painting on board by Prof. Giuseppe Buscaglione (Ariano Irpino 1868-1928 Rivoli). He studied painting with Lorenzo Delleani, one of the most famous landscape painters of the second half of the 19th century. Buscaglione, for his landscapes, drew inspiration from the magical colors of nature, noting with extraordinary attention all the atmospheric variations. He inherits the plein air study from Antonio Fontanesi and from the Barbizon school. The measurements of the painting are net of the period frame, which will nonetheless be offered to the buyer. The packaging will be adequate to the importance of the work. Provenance: private collection.
