Gogotte de Fontainebleau – Seine-et-Marne, France Magnificent Gogotte from Fontainebleau, remarkable for its substantial size, sculptural shape, and numerous natural reliefs. This specimen features a particularly aesthetic morphology, composed of multiple rounded and undulating forms that give it an almost organic appearance. Its finely granulated surface, speckled with small inclusions and natural nuances, testifies to its origin in the famous Fontainebleau sands. Gogottes are natural sandstone concretions formed by the cementation of sand grains during geological processes. They are highly valued by collectors for their free, often very original shapes, which make each specimen unique. This piece has a strong presence and can be displayed both in a geology collection and as a natural, sculptural decorative object. A spectacular piece in terms of its dimensions and morphology, ideal for a Gogotte collector from Fontainebleau. Exceptionally careful and secure packaging for transport.
