Great Britain Postal History 1821 (21 Nov.), entire letter to Exeter with red "(Crown)/free" datestamp, interesting contents regarding the Free Franking privilege; 1834 (1 Aug.), envelope to Lowestoft with "(Crown)/free" datestamp (different type) and signed by two different people; 1830, entire to Hampton Court with "3" handstamp deleted by zig-zag lines and replaced by handstruck "6" with faint "In All", dated markings and seal removed from the reverse; 1834 (13 June), entire letter to Bagshot with "one penny to pay" on the front and framed "Bagshot/Penny Post" in the same colour on reverse (unrecorded in red); 1834 (29 July), entire letter to Chelsea Hospital with a very fine strike of the rare London "More to Pay 1" and red "Mindries/2py P Paid" on the front ; 1835 (23 Sept.), printed Life Assurance return to London with "Botesdale" (with Penny Post erased and showing part of the upper frame line); 1839 (22 April), entire letter to Sandback with fine framed "Northwick/Penny Post" on the front, superb Northwick u.d.c. and fair "davenham" fleuron on the reverse; 1839 (15 Dec.), mourning entire letter to London with manuscript "4" on the front and open Berwick c.d.s. on the reverse; 1840 (21 May), large printed entire to Norwich with manuscript "4" and containing an advertisement for "The Toast be Dear Woman" composed by J.
