A garnet stone woman's head fragment idol bead from the ancient Western Asiatic, Greco-Bactrian culture. 1st millennium BC or later. In good condition. It has been cleaned, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving and grinding. Nice silversmith work. Traces of use and age on its surface.
