Habitat Distillery - Expression – Premium Croatian Craft Gin - 70cl - 4 bottles

Exclusive Auction: Two Bottles of Habitat Gin Dubrovnik Expression – Premium Croatian Craft Gin from Dubrovnik's First Distillery for Collectors of Mediterranean and Local Gins! This select lot comprises four bottles of Habitat Dubrovnik Expression Gin (the signature expression of Habitat Distillery, produced in small batches in the heart of Dubrovnik, Croatia). This premium gin captures the soul of the Dalmatian Mediterranean: handcrafted with carefully selected local herbs and botanicals from the Dubrovnik region, using state-of-the-art technology at the city's only distillery (founded by a group of enthusiasts during the pandemic). Standard 70cl bottles, approximately 40-45% ABV, original labels intact (featuring vibrant artwork by local painter Josip Pino Trostmann), excellent liquid level, and impeccable condition – perfect for collectors of European craft gins, comparative tastings, or expanding a premium inventory with an authentic Croatian touch. Star piece: Habitat Dubrovnik Expression Gin A premium craft gin that reflects the terroir of Dubrovnik: Mediterranean botanicals such as warm, earthy sage, fresh, herbal rosemary, juicy citrus (orange, lemon), wild pomegranate, coastal herbs, and floral and mineral notes from the Adriatic Sea. Distilled in small batches for maximum purity, with no artificial additives, and non-chill filtered for many craft characteristics. • Profile: An aromatic and enveloping nose with dominant earthy sage, fresh rosemary, citrus zest, juicy pomegranate, and coastal herbal notes; On the palate, it's balanced and vibrant with layers of Mediterranean herbs, subtle fruit sweetness, gentle spices, marine salinity, and a clean, refreshing, and lingering finish with playful elegance. • Style: Contemporary Mediterranean with a local twist – ideal for premium gin and tonics (with neutral or Mediterranean tonic), neat sipping, or creative cocktails that highlight its herbal and citrus freshness. Highly valued for its regional authenticity, complexity, and connection to Dubrovnik's nature and culture (including label art). Awarded in experiences and reviews for its exceptional quality and Dalmatian representativeness. This four of bottles offers double rarity: a limited-edition, 100% Croatian gin, produced at Dubrovnik's first distillery, representing artisanal innovation, local heritage, and potential for appreciation in collections of Eastern Mediterranean and non-mass-market European craft gins. Bid on this legendary lot – liquid treasures of Dubrovnik in their purest form!
