Features the classic symmetrical round case with drilled lugs for easy quick strap changes and a smooth fixed bezel. On the right side, the knurled screw-down crown is free of crown guards, faithful to the historical dictates of government field watches. The steel case back is screwed down. Dial color: Matte black anti-reflective with very high legibility. Classic formal layout of American three-hand field watches without date to preserve maximum dial cleanliness. Under the 12 o’clock index are printed the logo and the word "HAMILTON", while above the 6 o’clock index sits the distinctive white italic "Khaki". The outer minute track is railroad-style with five-minute marks and small geometric triangular indices coated with tritium, featuring a stunning vintage patina shifting toward yellow. The main indices feature the dual time scale: white Arabic numerals from 1 to 12 in large format and an inner concentric smaller scale for reading the 24 hours (13–24). The hour and minute hands are lacquered white baton hands with luminous inserts, paired with a slender central seconds hand with a circular counterweight on the opposite side.
