Ca. 600 - 400 BC. A heavy solid gold ring formed as a broad band with three horizontal ribs, each separated by a narrow granulated band. The openings are encircled by ropework borders and triangular clusters of granules. The inner face is engraved with an Aramaic inscription. Size: D:18.54mm / US: 8 1/2 / UK: Q 1/2; Weight: 19g Provenance: Private UK collection; Ex private family collection of a North American gentleman, 1980-90�s. This item has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database and comes with a confirmation letter.
