Heinrich & Co Bavaria - Table service for 12 (72) - Porcelain

Refined and elegant complete dinner service crafted in premium Bavarian porcelain from the renowned Heinrich & Co. manufactory (H&C Selb Bavaria). The service stands out for a sophisticated Art Deco / Mid-Century flavor: the rims are decorated with finely stylized geometric and linear motifs in shades of sage/bright emerald green, enriched by small graphic details. The outer edge is finished with a thin, glossy platinum/silver trim that follows the raised, shaped profile of the plates, lending great luminosity and a sober, modern elegance. Manufactory (Selb, Bavaria), also known by the monogram H&C, has historically been one of Germany’s most prestigious firms, founded in 1896 in Selb, Bavaria, one of the world’s most famous porcelain districts for the exceptional quality of the ceramic body and its artistic collaborations. The crown-marked seal with the inscription H&C Selb Bavaria Heinrich & Co. on the base identifies mid-20th century production (roughly the 1930s–1950s), a period in which the house excelled in producing table services with geometric and essential lines reserved for the upper middle class. Condition: The service presents in overall excellent condition. The bright white porcelain retains the original glaze and gloss intact. The graphic green decors and the perimeter trims in silver/platinum are well preserved and defined, with only minimal and negligible signs of aging related to time and occasional use. No chipping or crazing detected on the main pieces. Shipping: The service will be shipped with professional, ultra-protective packaging: each individual piece will be wrapped separately in thick bubble wrap and placed inside reinforced double-wall boxes. Tracked shipping via express courier.
