The eleventh volume in The Adventures of Tintin series, the first part of a two-part series followed by The Treasure of Red Rackham. A 1949 reprint with a B3 back cover, retaining the 1946 copyright. The back cover catalog ends with The Temple of the Sun. Hardcover slightly scuffed, minor wear on the top and bottom edges and corners, a few marks on the back cover. Paper slightly yellowed; interior pages generally clean.
