Hermès - Kelly 35 - Handbag

This Kelly 35 bag with gold-plated detailing and Veau Grain Lisse leather in black, in excellent condition, includes both the shoulder strap, 2 keys for its lock, and the original Hermes dust bag in beige flannel with the Hermès crest in dark brown. The base is rigid and the bag is very roomy, which makes it highly sought after for those looking for a bag for work or short trips. The only defect is the touret (central rotating pin) that tends to detach easily. The issue with the lock coming loose is a common flaw in vintage Kellys of over thirty years, caused by the mechanical loosening of the components or wear of the inner leather of the plate. With the hot stamp, which shows a U inside a circle, we know it was made in 1991. The artisan code is 26c. The estimated price obviously takes into account repairing the pin/lock, which would need to be carried out by Hermes. The bag is shipped with insured packaging and well padded to prevent any damage. If it is shipped to a country that requires customs clearance, the buyer must pay the duties.

Estimate:£6,696.41
