It is a Bedouin Hirz, an iconic Yemen jewelry piece characteristic of Middle Eastern tribal jewelry. Its silver content varies throughout the jewel. A few tests with a touchstone will reveal certain areas; nonetheless, I believe it has a low silver content. Apart from the central chain, there are no missing elements to the jewelry. A dense cascade of small bells or silver bead pendants is attached to the base of the amulet, creating a subtle tinkle as it moves. Nevertheless, this object deserves to be part of a collection given its size rather than being worn. The Hirz is sealed, so it does not open; it has potentially been plated. The photos will speak for themselves and are an integral part of the description.
