Appropriately marked with label noting "By Appointment To H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh Rifle Makers". Approximate dimensions: Flat: 8 x 15 x 11 in. (20.3 x 38.1 x 27.9 cm.) Provenance: Private Collection, Atlanta, GA.Note: Holland & Holland Ltd. was first granted a Royal Warrant from Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, in 1963. They currently hold a Royal Warrant from his son, Charles III, as "Suppliers of Bespoke Guns, Shooting Accessories & Country Clothing."
