Holy Week Liturgy for Use in the King’s Household. Paris, Jacques Collombat, 1741. In-8, red morocco leather, floral border framing an interlaced panel with a fanfare motif; in the center, the coat of arms of Louis XV, framed by the royal cipher; spine decorated with fanfare-style panels, inner roulette, gilt edges, white, brown, and pink silk bookmarks, leather slipcase with metal clasps (contemporary binding). Double frontispiece and 5 intermediate title pages engraved after Humblot. Very fresh fanfare binding featuring the coat of arms and cipher of Louis XV, of the last type described and reproduced by Hobson in *Les Reliures à la fanfare*, pl. XXIII. Endpapers replaced.
