Hong Kong Revenue 1932 (13 Sept.) a Land sale and purchase agreement bearing King George V revenue stamps $40 and $50, cancelled by the Hong Kong Stamp Duty Office in red embossing seal.. Note: The Purchasers is Shum Yat-chor (1870–1959), originally named Shum Hing-kin, was a prominent Chinese merchant, traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, and philanthropist well-known in Hong Kong and Xinhui, Guangdong. He is most celebrated for commissioning the construction of "Hei Lo" (now King Yin Lei, a declared monument in Hong Kong) with his wife, Shum Lee Po-lun, on Stubbs Road, Mid-Levels in 1937.
