HONG KONG (SAR). Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation. 500 Dollars, 11.2.1968. P-179e. KBN71n. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. An excellent gem example of the Jackson $500 with full, lush colours and virtually perfect paper body. The slightly scarcer L prefix, with only 300,000 notes, from L000001 to L300000, issued for this date. A highly attractive and desirable note.
