Hourglass - Metal, Glass - 1980-1990 - Baroque style

Elegant decorative 15-minute hourglass, with an elaborate design inspired by classical, Victorian, and Baroque aesthetics. The piece stands out for its metal frame with a finish in antique gold/bronze tones, richly ornamented with floral motifs, leaves, rosettes, and curved elements. The base features relief decoration with floral compositions and ornamental details, giving it a luxurious and highly decorative look. In the center is the transparent glass hourglass, with fine-grained white sand. The mechanism works correctly: the sand flows and completes a cycle of approximately 15 minutes. The combination of glass, white sand, and a richly decorated metal structure makes this piece especially attractive as both a functional hourglass and a decorative element. It is an ideal piece for a library, study, living room, display cabinet, or a collection of classic-style decorative objects.
