Houstrup – Bridge over the lake - Gary Westall

Houstrup – Bridge over the lake by Gary Westall Painting 9.5 x 11.8 :: The sixth painting from my plein air painting trip to Denmark was created on a windy morning in Houstrup. My original attempt to paint on the beach had to be abandoned due to the strong wind. Instead I found a sheltered spot behind the dunes until it started to rain. I painted by a lake with a view of a small bridge used by hikers on their way through the dune landscape. Signed lower left.
