HUET, PARIS, late 19th – early 20th century Multi-extension telescopic spyglass made of brass, with a body covered in black leather and fitted with a leather shoulder strap. It features a protective lens cap and a sliding cover to protect the eyepiece. Signed “Huet Paris” on the tube. Length when folded: 53.5 cm; Length when extended: approx. 102 cm. Signs of wear and oxidation on the brass; the leather has a patina and shows some missing areas and fading.
