Ca. AD 25 - 75 . A bronze oil lamp with a rounded body and a long channelled nozzle with a circular wick hole, the volutes set to either side. The circular discus has a central filling hole within two raised collars. Behind the discus, a crescent with upturned terminals frames a bust of Jupiter with thick curling hair and beard. Before him is an eagle with spread wings, its talons grasping a thunderbolt. The lamp rests on a basal ring with concentric mouldings.
