Impressive sea urchin !!! - Exceptional size in this species

Impressive fossil sea urchin of superior quality. The dimensions are at the maximum for this species. The preparation of the specimen was very laborious, preserving the finest details of the test. The deposit where they are found is characterized by a very hard black limestone, a fact that greatly complicates the preparation. Specimens of this size and quality are very rare and scarce. A museum-worthy specimen.
