In the Garden No. 5 - Aldo Cherres

In the Garden No. 5 by Aldo Cherres Painting 24.0 x 24.0 :: She is just taking some time off to relax and be in contact with nature wherever it might be. As usual Cherres is always exploring our relationship with our surroundings specifically organic objects and shapes sometimes recognizable other times not but intriguing nonetheless. I carefully hand stretch my own unprimed canvases to ensure they will not buckle or wrinkle in the frame. I also choose a higher grade canvas than the pre-stretched store bought ones. I then prime or gesso and lightly sand them; this is a process I repeat three times. :: Type: Painting Medium: Oil Style: Surrealism Subject: Figures & Portraits Width: 24.0 Height: 24.0 Depth: 0.5 Weight: 3 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
