Incense burner - Copper

A vintage Japanese cast iron incense burner modeled after a persimmon. The body features a textured design of leaves wrapping around the fruit, while the lid—topped with a knob shaped like a persimmon calyx—boasts an openwork leaf pattern that allows smoke to drift out. Supported by three legs, the vessel possesses a lively, rustic charm. The surface retains its original mottled lacquer finish, combining a black base with variegated gold and green hues, bearing the authentic patina of age and use.
