An XS natural banded agate elephant bead talisman from the ancient Indus Valley culture. 1st millennium AD or older . In good condition. It has been cleaned by hand, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand forming, cutting, carving, boring and grinding . Traces of use and age on its surface. There are still excavation's deposits in the deeper lying parts of the piece. Purchased in 1995/Budapest by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a former ambassador in Asia, H.E.T.I.
