All auctions / Toys & Collectables / Industrial Transport No

Offered: this beautiful and rare tinplate train set "Industrial Transport" from the 1960s, made in West Germany. This is real toy-making as it used to be - entirely made of tinplate with stunning litho details. The track is richly decorated with, among others, Shell and Continental adverts, factory halls, workers and a large blue bridge. Operation: The red locomotive no. 1001-20 with tipping wagon is equipped with a working wind-up mechanism. After winding with the original key, the train runs completely autonomously around the track. Completeness: • Tinplate track / bridge construction • Red locomotive 1001-20 with tipping wagon • Original wind-up key - INCLUDED • Original box - only the top lid is present A true collectors item and a fantastic retro decorative piece for the display cabinet, man cave or children's room. Condition: The track itself is in nice vintage condition with still very nice and bright colors. Light signs of use and small scratches commensurate with the age and the fact that it has been played with. No major dents. The litho is still very attractive. The whole thing works as it should. The original lid of the box shows signs of use, small tears and edge wear, see photos Rare to find in this working condition with key and lid!
