Intervals of Heat - Linda Coppens

Intervals of Heat by Linda Coppens Painting 39.4 x 27.6 :: Size: 70 x 100 cm acrylics and other water based media on paper. Ships unframed. This painting unfolds as a constellation of gestures suspended within a luminous field. Marks collide disperse and reappear creating a rhythm that feels both spontaneous and deliberate. Areas of intensity — deep reds warm yellows and sudden flashes of blue — emerge from a softly shifting ground allowing moments of energy to coexist without resolution. Rather than guiding the viewer toward a fixed center the composition invites the eye to wander through its fragments and pauses. What remains is the trace of a process: gestures held in tension stopped at the point where movement is still alive. Part of the “Rhythms of the Unspoken” series exploring gesture interruption and the moment a painting is stopped before harmony settles. :: Type: Painting Medium: Acrylic Style: Abstract Subject: Abstract Width: 39.4 Height: 27.6 Depth: 0.1 Weight: 0.3 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
