British / Napoleonic Scottish Army 1/72 Italeri - Painted and Basetted (Wargame) Splendid British formation in 1/72 scale (Italeri), entirely hand-painted with care and professionally basetted according to the standards of the main historical wargame rules (compatible with Black Powder, Napoleon's Battles, Shako, General d'Armée, etc.). Composition of the army and historical notes: Scottish Infantry (Highlanders): 70 line infantry in total, including command base. Recognizable by their iconic uniforms, Scottish regiments were legendary for their ferocity and resolve in firefights and in close combat, often deployed as assault forces in the critical moments of Wellington's campaigns. Cavalry (Scots Greys): 18 mounted riders on the characteristic grey horses. The famous Royal North British Dragoons (known as the "Scots Greys") entered legend during the Battle of Waterloo, where they became protagonists of a devastating charge against the French infantry columns. Royal Artillery: 2 artillery pieces complete with carriage and 3 crew per gun (total 6 crew). The accuracy and speed of British artillery represented a thorn in the side for any opposing deployment. Scenic Elements: 2 wooden defensive barriers/palisades included, ideal for simulating fortified positions or tactical cover. Technical features: Scale: 1/72 (plastic miniature). Manufacturer: Italeri. Status: Hand-painted with high-quality acrylic paints and protected with a final varnish. Bases finished in minute detail with synthetic grass.
