All auctions / Miscellaneous / Italian school (XX) - Riverenza davanti al Parroco di una Chiesa - NO RESERVE
O RESERVE PRICE Provenance: from a Private collection. Size: 30 x 20 cm (without frame) Frame included as a gift Pleasant oil painting on panel depicting an outdoor early 20th-century scene of reverence before a prelate in front of a church. The painting is very bright with strong lighting contrast, allowing a detailed view of the characters painted in this outdoor scene, pleasant and evocative, of fine workmanship and period, at the entrance of a church. Beautiful frame of good workmanship and quality given as a gift. The work, of excellent artistic and chromatic rendering, is in good condition of preservation, with signs of aging visible from the photos. The painting film adheres well to the original support. Analysis with a Wood lamp shows the artist’s signature to be autograph and contemporaneous with the creation of the painting. The frame shown in the photos above was added to the artwork by the seller; it is original and aged, of good commercial value, and is provided at no additional cost so that it is ready to display as soon as it arrives. The frame is included as a courtesy and is not considered an integral part of the artwork, together with the glass on the painting to protect it. Therefore, any potential damage to the frame with possible breakage that does not affect the artwork itself will not be accepted as a valid reason to open a claim or request the cancellation of the order. Careful packaging and trackable shipping are guaranteed. Shipping to the United Kingdom is excluded due to current customs regulations, and to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine due to the disruptions caused by the war. Excluded are Arab and Oriental countries.
